The tenure-track STEM position study that resulted in a 2:1 preference for female applicants is infuriating. With what we are seeing in current gender discrimination and black anti-white behavior, the clear conclusion is that white males, the category of people that primarily founded and built the country, are more sophisticated in their moral behavior to have previously drafted, passed, accepted and adopted Civil Rights laws to achieve gender and racial equality. Contrastingly, females and blacks are prone to the more primitive group tribalism and when given power, will exploit that power to oppress people outside of their tribe.
Rob, anyone who's ever sat at a poker table where one player had a bigger stack of chips than the others should be able to figure out that power laws exist amongst the richest of the rich.
